EVENTEQ has been working with American Kidney Fund for the past six years to design and execute audio, video, lighting and technical direction for their annual Gala held at the Andrew Mellon Auditorium.
The Hope Affair, AKF’s annual national gala, is a celebration of the people who inspire us in the fight against kidney disease. The event brings together the renal community, policymakers, patients and advocates for an inspirational evening that raises funds to support our programs and services.
EVENTEQ works with AKF and the venue to create a design that exceeds the clients’ expectations, design creative lighting systems in conjunction with the decorator to provide dramatic, captivating environments, and create and execute a complete show flow and technical direction.
AKF challenges EVENTEQ every year to use their knowledge of the venue and work with event decorator to provide audio, video and lighting systems that enhance the look and feel of the event and provide an environment worthy of significant donors, to create a show flow and technical script that enabled quick, seamless transitions from a headliner band, student performances, speeches and President’s keynote address, and provide seamless, flawless execution including venue coordination, CAD, design, delivery and execution of all show components.
